again, not much of a commenter, minor CR at best; but he has the DC plot - even if most of the credit is going to Azula, presumably because Hibari's canonmates aren't running around calling him an evil puppykicker - and it's in character, so again I am not super worried.

maybe it's just sort of a fitting him in thing? You know how new characters go, especially ones that are not like... wildly social in canon either.

I constantly feel like writing up a basic comparison chart of whose asses he could beat up in Babylon because no one has read his canon and he's so... non-obtrusive?
